We all know that "Ntawv Hmoob Thoob Teb" or "Ntawv Hmoob Latin" needs to be revised because of the following reasons:.

1. Ntawv Hmoob Thoob Teb tsim nyog yuav tsum kho vim nws tsis tau zoo txaus thiab yeej kho tau.
2. Yog kho lawm ces kho kom muaj standard for both White and Blue Mong thiaj muaj reason txaus kho thiab.
3. Nws yuav benefit rau yav pemsuab heev vim peb yuav siv tau Meskas cov vocabulary los ntxiv rau faim medical, science & technology.
4. Vim pauv meme xwb thiab yoojyim tshaj lwm txoj hauv kev. Yog thaum xyaum apply lub concept tau lawm ces nws yuav tsis nyuaj lawm.
5. Ua rau ob hom Hmoob feel equally important.
6. Nws siv English characters and English is the universal language.
7. Tsis tau do a translation hauv hlwb thaum twm, ruas twm li yus hom suab ntawv xwb.

I will write in English since it's a universal language so it's easier for everyone to understand. We should think beyond the scope of our current existing written languages starting by asking yourself, how do we send a message so that both the blind (White Mong ) and the deaf (Blue Mong ) without any translation. The revision language is going to be called, "H'monglish or H'moobglish". The reason I come up with H’monglish or H'moobglish is because the title pretty much defines itself. It defines the origin of where the language is revised and reconstructed along with the influence of H’mong American as well as the power and legacy of the English language.

Let's use the abbreviation NH for "Ntawv Hmoob" and the two groups of people are White and Blue Mong . The goal is to come up with some sort of rules and principles using the existing “Ntawv Hmoob Thoob Teb - Latin” as the basic language to restructuring it as the middle language with the help of English words & sounds. Yes, we have no other choices but using these vowel such as ae ao ay ea ei eu ie io iu oa oe oi ou ow ue ui uo uy y ye and Cim c, f, h, k, l, n, p, q, r, t, x, z to manipulate, combine and simplify to make the written language transitional. Yet, my ultimate approach is to develop some sort of conversion process from regular --> simplify --> standard by finding rules and principles to support it. This is the same model and approach on a different view: NH_Dawb --> NH_Dawb_Simplify --> NH_Simplify --> H’moobglish <-- NH_Simplify <-- NH_Juab_Simplify <-- NH_Juab.

Here are the principles.

Principle 1:
NH_Dawb --> NH_Dawb_Simplify
NH_Juab --> NH_Juab_Simplify

Principle 2:
NH_Dawb + NH_Juab --> NH_Simplify
NH_Dawb + NH_Juab_Simplify --> NH_Simplify
NH_Dawb_Simplify + NH_Juab --> NH_Simplify
NH_Dawb_Simplify + NH_Juab_Simplify --> NH_Simplify

Principle 3:
NH_Simplify --> H'moobglish

Principle 4:
H'moobglish <-- New Word Dictionary
H'moobglish <-- New Vowel Rule

The following are examples on some of the rules:

Simplify Apostrophe Rule: An apostrophe is to substitute the "i" on "ia" therefore Blue Mong should disregard the apostrophe. For example ‘a=ia.

Simplify Dash Rule: Dash means a same character follows within a Simplify word applies to Blue Mong only therefore White Mong is to disregard it. For example: "da-g" is the same as Blue Mong word "dlaag".

I know this will be a total shock and sound crazy to some of you. But, your thoughts are always welcome but let's all have some respect and follow the Golden Rule, "Don't do unto other what you would not like done unto you". Thank you.
